I have had nothing but great meals at the Palms. It's an old Italian Restaurant in an old Italian neighborhood. While it's dated, I think that's part of the charm. If I want good Italian in Elmira or Horseheads, I'll choose the Palm's…

Visiting Elmira from Las Vegas where there are hundreds of fine restaurants, we hardly expected to find the best shrimp scampi we had ever eaten. We are returning to Elmira this summer and look forward to enjoying this wonderful dish…
Pros: Loved the soft light and neighborhood atmosphere Cons: parking is limited although we didn't have trouble finding a spot.
